Kopala is the name of pre-Christian royal deity, its main chapels are remained in Pshavi and Khevsureti, as well as Mtiuleti, Gudamakari. By submitting Kopala was considered as a humanoid being. The God has instructed it to destroy all the giant idols lodger in Pshav-Khevsureti, because they put people in an intolerable situation. Kopala handled with its duties; it defeated the giants and freed the people.
